Beauitful Perfumes sent another bag instead of The Donnna Karan Hobo bag they advertised through Amazon.com when I called Beauitful Perfumes to let them know the tremendous error I spoke with "Sarah" (Customer Service)who told me at the end of our conversation that it was the same bag, after first aknowledging and telling that they (Beautiful Perfumes) made an error by not following protocol
and contacting me to let me know they were out of the bags I ordered, giving me the liberty to make a decision as to how I would spend my money; but instead someone on Beautiful Perumes staff decided for me how they would spend my hard earned money and I received a bag I didn't order. It's doen't even have the same likness as the Hobo bag, it cheap, cheesy and poor in quality. Sarah said they were out of the bags I ordered so that's what I got. Then changed from tha story to the end of the conversation story, it's the same bag. So buyer beware you may oreder one iteam and receive another. Can this be a sign of the time? When a companies have over stocked merchandise, that's not moving. I don't like how Beautiful Perfumes handled my order.
